Cancellation Policy

Here at Rooted Salon, we value your business, and we ask that you please respect our time and adhere to our cancellation policies.

We ask that you contact the salon no later than 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives our staff enough time to reach out to other clients or make accommodations to fill that empty spot. You can do this by contacting our salon via email, or reach us directly by calling us at (509) - 962- 1111.

Failure to cancel within this time frame, or not showing up for your appointment twice in a row will result in having to place a 50% deposit down for booking future appointments, or book your appointment for that same day. 

If you do not show up to your appointment after placing your deposit will result in you forfeiting your deposit for that day, and will require a new one for the next appointment made.

We understand that things come up, and last minute emergencies happen and we will try our best to be accommodating, we value you and your support of our business and ask that you do the same for your stylists.

Redo Services Policy

We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and as a salon we personally guarantee the result of each service to all of our clients for up to two weeks after the service has been performed. In addition, we always recommend the use of professional salon products in order to maintain the longevity of the desired look. We ask that you understand every client and head of hair is different and the same result is never guaranteed amongst different guests, meaning it could take 1-3 separate services to achieve your goals, we understand this can be difficult, but we will always do our best to get you the best result possible each and every time we get to have you in our chair!
